Handled one a day or two ago as I am looking for a new carry gun. Came with three mags and a holster, that seemed like a good deal to me as the ruger came with just one mag. Now, there is still a big step up in price for the sig but the extra mags and holster narrow that some. Anyone use the sig now? Will it take +p+ loads, Federal 9bple is my go to now for my G19. Any comments?
Russ

Oldest grandson has one. SIG's are designed for NATO Spec 9MM which is designed for open bolt smg's

A couple guys are using them as off duty guns. They seem to like them. I just got a Shield Plus Iíll probably be carrying after I shoot it more.

I have one and really like it. Easy to shoot, comfortable, great sights, and easy to carry. A couple of hiccups in the first 50 rounds, but none since then. I use the 12 round magazines, though I plan on getting a 15 round mag to carry as a spare.

I wouldn't use +P+ ammo in mine... +P I'm fine with, but this is a very light, compact gun that was shrunk down in every way possible and putting +P+ ammo in it is asking a little too much out of the design in my opinion. I use 9bp, Federal XM9001 (a +P version of 9bp) and Speer +P 124 grain Gold Dot ammo in mine...

If ya snooze ya lose.... Went to buy the 365 today and it was gone, they the xl but that is not what I wanted as it was a bit longer then the 365. Ended up with a Hellcat which is almost the same size and holds a round or two more. It was also a bit cheaper tho not cheap. Shot it some today and found with the 13 round mag was very easy to shoot, the flush mag twisted some in my hand until I tightened up my grip. I did find the slide hard to work but not impossible. As it stands I am happy with the Hellcat.
